When our capital is being invaded, we need to defend for our lives! It is the most important server of all our nation.

If you are on Club Penguin, please patrol for at least five to ten minutes to see if there is any activity or movement by any armies. If we have a relaxed day, we will often Patrol & Recruit on our servers.

III: Rules:

Below is a list of the Black Bandits’ Rules

1)Follow the leaders orders – or the highest rank on at the time.

2) NO Hacking- we have signed the anti-hacking bill, and we will obey its rules. Hacking anything (even an enemy army) will result in and imediate ban forever from BB.

3) Be respectful to all.

4) Do not do anything to compromise the strength of BB.

5) Only leaders may merge armies into us.

6) Only leaders may choose the Head Warlord and Field Marshall’s.

7) Follow the chat rules

Probation:

If any Laws or Rules are ever broken, a  leader may put you on probation for the maximum[Forever]. You can not come to any Black Bandit events. You will be Guested and Banned on chat for however long your Probation is. If you break any probation rules, your probation will be extended or you might even get fired.

Firing:

The only way a person can be fired is if at least 4/7 of the leaders approve of it. If a person is fired they will lose their Black Bandits rank indefintely. They will be banned for a certain ammount of time on the chat – although it is unlikely to be forever.

Impeachment:

Impeachment is where the Leader is overthrown & kicked out of the army forever.  A Black Bandit leader can get impeached only if they are doing terrible things for the army, like leading them to a downfall,  or going crazy basically. The only way the Black Bandit Leader can be impeached is if the other leader and 90% of the army decided to get rid of them. However they cannot be took out of the army forever. They will serve a 2 month probation after which they may come back as a mod. However they can NEVER achive the rank of leader again. Without the creators of this army’s permission (Klimster or Rudolph23)

Demotions:

You get demotions by not being active, talking back to high ranked soldiers or leaders, doing something bad, or if you keep asking for promotions.

Promotions:

Promotions are only given out by Black Bandit leaders. Sometimes their are Promotion days which happen about every month. Sometimes you can just randomly get promoted for doing a ton of good things for the Black Bandits.  Getting a promotion isn’t a breeze though you have to come to events and be on chat a lot.

Retirement:

If a leader retires, they may pick who they want to lead next. However the other main leader must agree.

Joining The Black Bandits

All leaders are required by law to allow any person to join the Black Bandits unless specifically told not to by the creators of the army/ or both the main leaders, or if these people are on the banned list.

The Banned List 

The Banned list is a list of all people who cannot join the Black Bandits , nor can they be un-banned on chat. The main leaders at the time may decide who is to be placed on the banned list. Or the creators of this army. The banned list shall be on the ranks page. Anyone caught removing any name from the banned list without both the main leaders or the creators permission will also have their name place on the banned list.

Rules about merging

The Black Bandits is never to be merged into another army! Armies are however allowed to be merged into the Black Bandits, the leaders of the Black Bandits may decide on the appropriate ranks to be given to members of that army.
